In their book, "A is for Abductive", Sweet &
McClaren write, "We must begin by recalling John's vision of heaven, where
all the nations are gathered before God's throne and worship God in their own
languages, tribal identities, and cultural uniqueness. How can we move beyond isolation
without creating a blended gray mush in which each color loses its identity by
surrendering to a homogenous, least-common denominator? How can we instead come
together, creating a feast that celebrates diversity of color and taste and
texture and personality by not melting them together but placing them on the
same menu?

Revelation 21:22-24 "I did not see any temple in it,
because the Lord God Almighty and the lamb are its temple. [23] The city
doesn't need any sun or moon to give it light because the glory of God gave it
light. The lamb was its lamp. [24] The nations will walk in its light, and the
kings of the earth will bring their glory into it."
