CONSCIENCE
A survey of average traffic speeds reveals 85 percent
of drivers don't pay a lot of attention to posted speed limits. The unwritten
rule of the road is that 5 to 10 miles an hour over the limit is acceptable.
Though most drivers are used to choosing their own speed, a device being
tested in Canada could make it impossible to drive faster than the speed
limit on any particular roadway. The system uses the GPS navigation system
that already exists in many new cars, and combines the route information
with information about the posted speed limit for each road. As the route
is updated, the car's onboard computer system receives the speed limit
information and makes it difficult for the driver to exceed the posted
speed limit. Not only will the system help you reach your destination,
in effect it becomes a computerized conscience to keep you from speeding
anywhere you drive.

Romans 2:14-15 (CEV)
"Some people naturally obey the Law's commands, even though they don't
have the Law. [15] This proves that the conscience is like a law written
in the human heart. And it will show whether we are forgiven or condemned,"
